SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

Items on our website are available and ready to ship within 3 business days unless marked Out of Stock or you have placed a Pre-Order or Custom Order. We process & ship orders Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays as USPS & UPS are closed. Orders placed after 4:00 PM CST will be processed on the next business day (Mon-Thurs). Once processed, your order will be shipped.

Items that are not ready to ship will be processed as indicated and shipped on the next shipping date.

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, unless stated otherwise. 

When applicable, tracking information will be provided.

 

Expedited Order

Please contact us prior to placing your order so we can review and arrange shipping options.

 

Extreme Weather

Extreme hot or cold temperatures can cause soy wax sensitivity, We take this into consideration when shipping. Your shipment may be delayed during extreme weather conditions.

 

Damaged in Transit

If your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us immediately via phone or email. Photos will be required as they are needed to file a claim with USPS or UPS. Please do not throw out the damaged packaging or items until we have verified if the shipping carrier will need to pick them up.

Items that are damaged during shipping will be replaced by Made With Lovee LLC at no additional charge. If the item is no longer available, you may either select a comparable item or request a refund for the item(s) that are unusable.

 

Shipping Promotions

The most economical shipping option will be used for orders using a free shipping promotion or discount.  

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

Please contact us at returns@madewithloveellc.com within 5 business days of receiving your product to request a return. If your request is after the 5 business days, we, unfortunately, will not be able to approve your refund or exchange request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return. Scent preferences or mistakes in the ordering process are not eligible for returns.

 

Refunds

We will notify you via email once your return is received and inspected. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
